Wait... Are you able to drop supplies without a landing pad?

I just got off of Vulcanus before i started looking at some of the posts here, and I'm seeing a lot of people mention dropping supplies or bringing along supplies. Do you need a cargo landing pad to receive supplies or can you just drop them from space?
Edit: So I apparently did Vulcanus the hard way then...

You drop them in space as if you had a landing pad and they appear around the 0,0 point in cargo drop pods. Be careful, you can drop one on your head.

I'm a lifelong backpacker I have a little input on some of my most durable gear.
Osprey Aether backpack: 6 years with heavy use and still going.
Thermarest sleeping pad: Unknown model but has 10+ years on it and it refuses to die.
Sawyer water filter: With proper care will last a very long time
Darn Tough Socks: Lifetime warranty, just returned a pair that lasted over 5 years, finally wore a hole in the heel.
Helinox Chair One: 6 years and still going.
Oboz Bridgers hiking boots: 5 years, just replaced after being my go to work and outdoor boot.
MSR Titan Kettle: 10+ years, goes with me everywhere, bugger will live forever probably.

I’m doing my in home sleep study this weekend through UW and am being asked to mark down what supplier I would want to go through for a CPAP machine/supplies. I have Anthem BCBS, so I have many options. Any recommendations? Best customer service? Thanks!

Whatever you do, don’t go with Apria. They will send your supplies very quickly but their billing department is a flipping travesty. They seriously screwed up on every possible opportunity to screw up. They double billed me for a humidifier, they never submitted the pre authorization to my insurance, and every step of the way I had to serve as the intermediary. Usually about three or four times before they could get it right. When my insurance wouldn’t pay (because they were billing incorrectly) they tried to pass on the cost to me. They called me incessantly.
I pay for my own replacement supplies out of pocket because it’s better than ever having to interact with Apria again.
Please, dodge a bullet and don’t go with Apria.

I downloaded the game from steamrip and online-fix.me both however both sites dont work for me. I have followed the guides properly and keep on having the same issue no matter what online fix game it is. Any fix for this?
